q10 tac oaken aegis (without mods) would be 1-3k imo.

salve mods from bronze scythe, then likely ~3k.

I think it's still possible to get 20-30k for r9 tac Oaken Aegis if you find a motivated buyer. While that takes time/luck to find, I think you'll need even more time/luck to find a motivated buyer for r10.

1-3k seems like it would sell fast, maybe more like 4-8k if you held out?

And definitely salvage the mods on the scythe and sell separate. I'd be surprised if you could get 3k these days for a blank bronze scythe, but maybe it's possible. (Were it mine, I'd turn it into iron ingots once I got the 15k or so worth of mods off it.)

No clue on BDS prices.
